Make up a team of four: any age group, ability, and bow type. No restrictions on membership. We have two events: target and field. All competitors will be split into two groups to tackle the field and target at different times. All individual results will be tallied and the team with the highest points wins! Age Groups: U14 and U20 Divisions: Compound and Recurve Teams can be made up of ANY bow type – as long as you have four archers. Schedule of the day: 9am Briefing for teams 9.30am First practice end 11.30am Lunch and two fun shoots 12.30pm Second round starts 3.30pm Final scores tallied and prizegiving! Maximum bow poundage 60lbs Registration & Bow inspection at 9am followed by first sighting arrow at 10am. Venue: Mercury Bay Aero Club Runway 2. This is an Archery NZ registered tournament. Non Archery NZ members can shoot in an “Open” class but are not eligible for medals or records. Placings and Medals will only be awarded to archers belonging to the ADAA, non ADAA members will receive a certificate if they place. Some age divisions maybe combined if there is less than 3 archers in that division e.g. MMR & MR etc. Archers will be notified if their requested division changes – however the distance shot will not change. As this is a registered shoot the Archery NZ Dress Code will apply. Current NZ representative Uniform, Club, squad or district uniform or sponsors clothing or appropriate Sports clothing. Closed in shoes are a requirement. Archers initials on each arrow please. Please bring what you will need during shooting to the line as car parking will not be close to shooting line.
