NZFAA is Hosting the inaugural IFAA Asia Pacific Region Bowhunter Championship in conjunction with the NZFAA 2024 Bowhunter Nationals.

This will be a three day event for the IFAA Asia Pacific Region Bowhunter Championship (APRBHC) of which the later 2 days will form the NZFAA 2024 Bowhunter Nationals.

The event will be in the Auckland Area hosted by:

  • Massey Archery Club – (167 Annett Road, Waimauku 0891)
  • Whitford Forest Archers – (593 Whitford-Maraetai Road, Beachlands 2571, Auckland)
  • Franklin County Archers – (Stone Road, Bombay 2675 Auckland)

Day 1 will be at Massey Archery Club shooting an IFAA 3D Standard 2 arrow round.

Day 2 will be at Whitford forest archers shooting an IFAA Unmarked Animal Round (3 Arrow) round.

Day 3 will be at Franklin County archers shooting an IFAA 3D Hunting Round (1 arrow) round.

Prize giving and dinner will be located at Pukekohe Showgrounds, 58 Station Road, Pukekohe 2120 in the evening on Day 3.

NZFAA members can choose to shoot the whole three days and compete in both events or just shoot Day 2 and 3 to compete in the NZFAA Bowhunter Nationals.
Members are encouraged to compete in the IFAA APRBHC.

Entries are capped at 168 Archers for this event so don’t miss out and register early.
Registration will close at 5pm Friday 1 October 2024 or when 168 entries are received.
No entries will be accepted on the day.

NZFAA Archers, once you have registered you will receive an email with payment instructions.

International archers are to pay NZD cash at registration on day one of the event.

Reminder that NZFAA archers must record scores at 2 of the 3 Bowhunter league series events and attend the Bowhunter Nationals to be able to be a league series winner.
