Results are in for May 2022! This one was an oldie but a goodie. Taken from the Maori word Kopere (translated as “to shoot an arrow”) it was a 5-zone scoring challenge shot on a full 80cm face with different distances for U11, U14 and U16-U21 archers.
Five-zone scoring is taken from the old British style of archery, where each colour zone is designated a different score from 9 (gold) to 1 (white). The scoring is not quite as straight-forward as ten-zone but just as much fun!
